Interests

I was born and raised in a small town in Alaska. Naturally, I was brought up to appreciate the outdoors and to respect all of God's creations. I have been working with teenagers for the past 8 years and love the lessons they teach me. When I left Alaska I studied Organizational Communications, Leadership, and Social Work in Idaho for 4 years. Afterwards, I was able to spend time serving the Hispanic people of California. I learned to love the Spanish language and culture. I hope to continue serving these people throughout my life.

Comments on DRA

I believe that love for individuals comes through service and that is what we do here. I've spoken with so many grateful parents and can see the positive changes that take effect in each student and their families. Everyday I am influenced by the great examples of students and staff. I believe in the DRA philosophy and am so grateful to be employed here.
