Vocational
Education
In conjunction with our psycho-educational groups that promote
emotional health and interpersonal insight, students earn school
credit for their participation in our Careers and Living Skills
group curriculum.
These groups are designed to help students learn
valuable career and life skills such as: study methods,
problem
solving strategies,
work place skills,
career exploration,
effective
ways to apply and interview for jobs, appropriate
communications,
and leadership roles.
Students are also introduced to specific
vocational skills and exposed to hands-on experience in a variety of
occupational fields.

- "Hello DRA family,
This is Jeff updating you on what's been going on.
On Monday, June 25th, I turned 18 as you know and celebrated that
with my family in Arizona! On Tuesday I got my drivers
license, with a 100% on the written and driving test.
Although I did fail the driving test my first time, I stayed
positive and went back the next day and got the 100% so I am now a
licensed driver.
I also wanted to write you to let you
all know how helpful you were throughout my struggles.
And I really do appreciate all that you have done for my family and
I remain thankful for the opportunity that god had blessed me with
through you. Continue doing what you are doing and I
hope all is well with all of you!
Thank You & God Bless." - Jeff (student)
